FW Police Officer Seriously Injured in Crash Involving Drunk By Rocky Walton on November 11, 2019

Around 2:30AM on November 8, 2019, a Fort Worth female police officer was struck and seriously injured while responding to another DWI call.  The Police Officer was putting out cones around the scene of the initial DWI vehicle when she was struck. She was taken to a hospital and is reported to be in serious condition.

The suspect faces a charge of intoxication assault after fleeing on foot. He was taken into custody soon after.
